House Rules

Please feel free to make yourself at home in our condo.

Drinking our tap water is completely safe. We have water bottles in the kitchen cupboard for your use. Consuming one liter of water a day is highly recommended due to our dry climate and high elevation.

Everything in the kitchen is available for your use, including food stuffs, spices, condiments, etc.

Please be respectful of our neighbours.

 Please remove shoes while in the condo.

No smoking indoors.

Please don’t leave any appliances running while you are out of the house. Exceptions may be washer, dryer and dishwasher, if necessary.

There are some indoor plants that will only need to be watered upon a stay of more than 1 week. If it is very hot during your stay, the outdoor plants may need watering and a hose will be hooked up and/or watering can will be available.

Please do not adjust the blinds in the living room. They are finicky and difficult to maneuver.

Remember to lock both entrance doors when leaving.

Toilet paper, facial tissue boxes are in linen closet.

Compost bin is under the kitchen sink. Garbage bags are in the bottom right hand drawer in the kitchen. We compost all organic material. We recycle all paper, cans, cardboard, and plastics. Beverage cans and bottles are returned for deposit refund.

When air conditioning is running, please be sure to keep all windows closed.

If using the shade umbrella outdoors, please be sure to take it down and secure it at night, when not in use or during any high wind days.

Office area on the kitchen level is private.
